13 days sober RR 100% Brilliant 12 step meeting last night which I found really useful. Considered working late and skipping the meeting because I was so busy at work yesterday but glad I went - definitely the right decision to go vs staying later at work. Yeah, so as I've hinted work was very trying yesterday for a mix of reasons but hopefully the meeting has boosted my resolve to help ensure I stay sober until Friday's meeting. Enjoying watching my travel documentaries on youtube which gives me a lot of hope for the future when work leaves me feeling run down. Best wishes to all, Jeff. |
